Rs 12372



Let the cost of one chair be x and that of one table be y.
∴ 21x + 35y = 7217 ......(1)
Eqn (1) x 12/7
= 21x x 12/7 + 35y x 12/7 = 7217 x 12/7
36x + 60y = 12372
