Let the ten's digit be x.
∴ Unit's digit = 3x
Hundered's digit = 2x/3
∴ x + 3x + 2x/3 = 14
= 3x + 9x + 2x = 14 x 3
= 14x = 14 x 3
= x = 3
∴ Number = 239
