Total votes = 1136+7636+11628

= 20400

Now, we don't know the name of the candidates .So for easy let's say A,B and C are the candidates who receives 1136 , 7636 and 11628 votes respectively.

=> Candidate C gets more votes and obviously he/she wins.

PERCENTAGE OF THE TOTAL VOTES OF THE WINNING CANDIDATE(i.e. Candidate C) = 11628/20400 × 100

= 57%
