$57^{0}16'22"$ (approx) seems correct.

.$\pi$ = radian = 180°
 1 radian =$\frac{180}{\pi}$

$\frac{180\times7}{22}$

= 57 16$\frac{4}{11}$ X 60 =  57°16,22
