1 + 2+3 +.... +n= $\frac{n(n+1)}{2}$

5 + 6 + 7 + .... + 19
= (1 + 2 + 3 + .... + 19) – (1 + 2 +3 + 4)

$\frac{19(19+1)}{2}-10$ = 180
