Let the MP = 100

Discount = 20%

SP = 80

Profit = 28%

CP = 62.5

If the discount was 13%

The SP = 87

Profit = 87 - 62.5 = 24.5

Profit % = 24.5 / 62.5 × 100 = 39.2%
