Directions : Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below. Following are conditions for selecting Human Resources (HR) Manager in a company. The candidate must (i) have secured at least 55 percent marks in the Entrance Examination (ii) have a Graduate Degree with at least 60 percent marks (iii) have a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in the Human Resources Management / Management (iv) be less than 30 years of age as on 01.09.2013 (v) have secured at least 55 percent marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination. In the case of a candidate who satisfies all other conditions. Except a at (i) above, but has secured 65 percent marks in the final semester in the Management and 45 percent marks in the Entrance Examination, will be recruited as Head HR. b at (ii) above, but has post qualification work experience of one year in a company and has 50 percent marks in the Higher Secondary School Examination will be recruited as CEO of the Company. In each question below are given details of one candidate. You have to take one of the following courses of action based on the information provided and the conditions and sub-conditions given above and mark the appropriate course of action as your answer.
