Steal means 'take (another person's property) without permission or legal right and without intending to return it'. This is exactly what 'rob' means. So option is correct.

Make: form (something) by putting parts together or combining substances; create.

Help: make it easier or possible for (someone) to do something by offering them one's services or resources.

Hold: grasp, carry, or support with one's arms or hands.$

Thus, option 4 is the correct answer. $
