Correct option - 3

The verb "die" when used with different prepositions give different meanings. So, let's find the uses of these prepositions:-

die from - over eating, heart attack. 

die of - disease.

die in - accident, poverty. 

die for - country.

Clearly, "Tuberculosis" is a disease. Hence, replace from with of.

Correct sentence - Many people in the country die of Tuberculosis.
