The second sentence starts with ''after'' This can be related to sentence to make it ''rescinded it after Britain.......'' So sentence R is the first sentence. The third sentence is Q. When it says ''aborted effort'' it refers to the first two sentences. Sentence Q ends with a Person's name ''Assange'' and we have been given more information in this by the fourth sentence P. The sixth sentence is. For the sixth and the seventh sentences, we have two options left. One is T and the other is S  Now must be the sixth sentence and S must be the  seventh sentences because, sentence S explains us the meaning of ''special designation.
