Correct option - 1

Here, concept of subject-verb agreement is brought under consideration. Since, subject man is a singular noun, hence according to subject-verb agreement, singular verb should be used with it. Thus, replace have with has. Hence, option 1 is the correct answer.

Correct sentence - In modern era, man has become master artist in doing wrong things.
