The paragraph is about, some of the benefits that arise out of devaluation of a currency. In this case, we are talking about the Indian Rupee. So option Q is the first sentence. When it says not without a silver lining, it means exactly that. Therefore, the second sentence should be T as it explains what the first sentence is saying. The third sentence is P as it is directly linked to sentence T. When it says 'so much so that' it is referring to what has been mentioned in sentence T. The fourth sentence is, S. When it says 'that growth' it is referring to the growth mentioned in sentence P. The fifth sentence is R which gives us some more growth figures.    

Therefore the correct chronological order for the passage is QTPSR.$
