In the question below a sentence is given and is divided into three parts I, II and III. For each part a correction statement is also given. You have to determine which part requires correction and mark it as your answer.

Teenagers don't suffer too much from a diet high in junk food and fat/ because they are undergoing tremendous growing and hence/ poor diet does not always present a significant problem.

The error lies in the II part of the sentence. The verb 'growing’ must be replaced by the noun 'growth’ which means ‘the process of increasing in size.’ $

Correct sentence: Teenagers don't suffer too much from a diet high in junk foods and fat because they are undergoing tremendous growth and hence poor diet does not always present a significant problem. $

Hence the correct answer is option 2.
