Correct option - 3

Clearly, a result is being shown, 'increase' is used as a noun. Hence, options 2 & 5 are eliminated. Also, 2002 shows a time period till now. Thus, preposition since should be used. So, option 1 is eliminated. And, noun increase takes preposition in after it. Hence, option 4 is eliminated. So, option 3 is the correct answer.
