Correct option - 3

Firstly, 'having' is not used with 'when'. Because 'when' is used for an action that is done or will be done. It is not used for an action that is going on. So, options 1 & 5 are eliminated.

Now, 'high pressure' denotes an adjective only. So, no need of using another adjective. Thus, options 2 & 4 are eliminated. Hence, option 3 i.e. having, high pressure working is the most suitable answer.
