Let the efficiencies of Jack and Finn be M and N, respectively.

We know, time to finish work is inversely proportional to efficiency.

⇒ 6 × (M + N) = 10 × N

⇒ 6M = 4N

⇒ M/N = 2/3

∴ Ratio of efficiencies is 2 : 3.
