Work done by A in one day = 1/15
Work done by B in one day = 1/20
Total work done in 2 days = 1/15 + 1/20 = 4+3/60 = 7/60
Total work done in 16 days = 7/60 x 8 = 56/60 = 14/15,
Remaining work = 1 - 14/15 = 1/15 and this can be done by A on the 17th day.
