Let us first understand the meaning of the words:

To be poised means to be composed and self-assured.

To be obnoxious means to be extremely unpleasant.$ 

To be charismatic means to be charming or fascinating. 

To be coercive means to use force or threats to accomplish something.

The only apt options here that can make the sentence meaningful are poised or charismatic, viz, A and C. 

Therefore, the correct answer is option 2.
