Whenever we are having ‘as well as, along with, together with, etc.’ as connectors, the verb follows the person and number of the first subject.As here the first subject is ‘he’ the verb is singular ‘likes’. ‘As well as’ adds only additional detail to the subject and thus is not considered while judging the subject. Thus the correct sentence reads – ‘He as well as you likes to go.’ Thus, the error is in part 2.
