The ratio of cycle to bike in Gurugram = (7 : 13)   × 19

And the ratio of bike to car = (19 : 17)   × 13

The ratio of cycle, bike and car = 133 : 247 : 221

The ratio of two wheelers to four wheelers = (133 + 247) : 221 = 380 : 221
