In the question below is given a statement followed by two assumptions numbered I and II. An assumption is something supposed or taken for granted. You have to consider the statement and the following assumptions and decide which of the assumptions is implicit in the statement.

Statement: The odd-even traffic system to fight increased air pollution has received mixed response from people.

Assumptions:

I. Air pollution has decreased due to odd-even system.

II. Every citizen has welcomed the odd-even system.
1). Only assumption I is implicit.
2). Only assumption II is implicit.
3). Neither assumption I nor II is implicit.
4). Both assumptions I and II are implicit

Information is insufficient to assume the performance of the odd even traffic system from the given statement. Thus this assumption does not hold.

On the other hand, since it has already been mentioned that it has received mixed response it means that some have welcomed it while others haven't.

Thus neither assumptions hold.
