The answer is habitual which means familiar or known and fits in both the blanks.

The meaning of other words are:

Hesitantly means reluctantly

Introspectively means inner analyzing

Accident means a mistake and

Designated means assigned 

These words do not give proper meanings to the sentences.

Thus, option 2 is the correct answer.
