Given,

The ratio between number of matches played by Pune and Amravati is 10 : 9.

(Number of matches played by Pune)/ (Number of matches played by Amravati) = 10/9

Number of matches played by Amravati = (50 × 9)/10 = 45

Number of matches draw by Pune = 50 – 35 = 15

Number of matches lost by Amravati = 45 - 24 = 21

Required percentage: = (15 × 100)/21 = 71.42%

Number of matches draw by Pune is 71.42% of number of matches lost by Amravati.
