The words are as follows:

Biennial=> taking place every other year.$

Guffaw=> a loud and hearty laugh.$

Voracious=> greedy

Billfold=> a wallet typically made of leather that is thin enough to fold on itself several times. $

Thus option 4 is the incorrectly spelt word.$
