Given series:11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 22 25 28 31 34 37 40 44 48 53 57 62 65 68 69 72

After breaking the series into two equal parts from the middle:

11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 22 25 28           31 34 37 40 44 48 53 57 62 65 68 69 72

After arranging both the parts in reversed we get:

28 25 22 20 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11 72 69 68 65 62 57 53 48 44 40 37 34 31

Thus 69 will be the 4th right of 16th element from the right.
