Average speed can be given as total distance travelled/total time taken

⇒ average speed = 90/2.5 = 36 km/hr

To convert it into m/s multiply it by 5/18

⇒ 5 × 36/18

⇒ average speed = 10m/s

∴ average speed is 10 m/s
