$\frac{cot30°-cot75°}{tan15°-tan60°}$

= $\frac{cot(90°-60°)-cot(90°-15°)}{tan15°-tan60°}$

= $\frac{tan15°-tan60°}{tan15°-tan60°}$ = 1 .
