Odd position series :-
$9 + 3 = 12 , 11 + 3 = 14 , 13 + 3 = ?$
∴ $? = 16$
Even position series :-
$12 - 1 = 11 , 14 - 1 = 13 , 16 - 1 = 15$
Therefore , the missing term of the sequence is $16$ .
