Solution

Sentence C should be the first sentence as it introduces the man and the chasing lion. Sentence F should follow C as it tells what the man did to save himself from the lion. Sentence B and E both tells that man looked somewhere but in E 'then' makes it evident man looked down first. So BE follows F. Sentence D tell details about rats mentioned in sentence E and sentence D should be followed by sentence A. So, the correct sequence is C-F-B-E-D-A.

Thus, the last sentence is A.

Solution
