Correct option - 3

Here, the concept of determiner is considered. Since 'problems' is a plural countable noun option 1 is eliminated. Because it is uncountable, 'little' is also excluded. And, 'any' is used for a singular noun. Thus, option 3 is the correct answer.

Correct sentence - In spite of facing many problems, he did not give up the path of honesty.
