The correct answer is option 1, i.e. Classified advertising sight.

The error is in part A, where ‘sight’ is misplaced. The word ‘sight’ means ‘the power of seeing’ and makes no sense in the given sentence. It must be replaced with ‘site’ meaning ‘a website’.

Hence, the statement can be correctly written as, ‘Classified advertising site Backpage.com's Co-founder James Larkin, who had been jailed for the last 10 days, has been released on a $1-million bond’.
