As per the given data,

Part of the tank filled in one min = 1/30

Part of the tank leakage in one min = 1/90

⇒ Part of the tank in one min due to leakage = 1/30 – 1/90 = 2/90 = 1/45

∴ Tank can be filled in 45 minutes.
