Squash is a concentrated drink made from sugar, fruit, and water which is usually sold in bottles. In this context, the word is used in statement C.

It also refers to the sports in which two players hit a soft and small rubber ball using rackets against the walls of a court. So, the word is used correctly in statement B too.

The word in its verb form can mean to squeeze or crush something with force. It can also mean to force or squeeze something (or someone) into a restricted and small space. So the word is used correctly in statement A as well.

Thus, the correct answer is option 3
