Ram paid more than Vijay but less than Devid. Anshul paid less than only Hemant. Ram bought the computer for Rs. 25,000. Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the questions which follow.

Amongst five friends Ram, Vijay, Devid, Anshul and Hemant, each bought a computer for a different price. Ram paid more than Vijay but less than Devid. Anshul paid less than only Hemant. Ram bought the computer for Rs. 25,000. The one who paid the maximum paid Rs. 52,000.

1. Ram paid more than Vijay but less than Devid:

D > R > V

2. Anshul paid less than only Hemant:

(This implies that Hemant must have paid the biggest amount since he is the only person who paid more than Anshul. Therefore, Anshul must have paid more than Devid as each bought a computer for a different price)

H > A > D > R > V

3. Ram bought the computer for Rs. 25,000.

Clearly, Vijay paid minimum amount for the computer in every possible case.
