 From the given information we can infer that,

There is Rahul's paternal grandmother.

Grandmother has only one son(Rahul's father), that son is married and has a wife(Rahul's mother) who is on the right side.

Rahul's brother's mother's brother(Rahul's mother's brother) is on the left side.

So, Rahul's mother and her brother are siblings.

The correct option is 2). Brother sister
